TERMS AND CONDITIONS Avi Services

Every client must book in advance to check availability.

Every reservation must be paid, and the client must present proof of payment to receive the service.

Last-minute reservations will be accepted only if there is availability and must pay for the service before the time of the service, with payment credited immediately.

Avi Services follows the protocols established by the Ministry of Health for hygiene and cleanliness. Clients with symptoms or fever will not be able to use the service for everyone's safety.

Routes are available at pre-established times.

Every reservation must include: date, client name, identification number, number of people and nationality.

Payment methods are by deposit and virtual payments, for 100% of the total amount plus taxes.

After receiving proof of payment, Avi Services will provide the client with confirmation of the reservation.

Modifications notified more than 12 hours before the service will not incur an additional charge.

Modifications made less than 12 hours in advance will be penalized.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service will not incur an additional charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will incur a 100% charge.

No-shows will incur a 100% charge.

In legal disputes, both parties agree to follow the legal jurisdiction of the Republic of Costa Rica.

Refunds are made according to established policies.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Clients may cancel their purchase before the event under the following conditions:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the event.

Refunds will only be made to the same card with which the purchase was made.

REFUND POLICIES

Refunds will be made in the following cases:

Cancellations within the time allowed according to the cancellation policies.

In case of cancellation by Avi Services due to operational reasons or force majeure.

Refunds will only be made to the same card with which the purchase was made.

Modification, only notified more than 12 hours in advance of the service = no charge for modification.

Notification of date modification less than 12 hours in advance of departure will be penalized.

Cancellation notice more than 24 hours prior to service = no cancellation fee.

Cancellation notice less than 24 hours prior to service including advance bookings (services booked outside of 24 hours) = 100% cancellation fee.

No show = 100% cancellation fee.

Maximum waiting time of 15 minutes to start the tour.

In case of legal disputes between both parties (Clients / Avi Services) both agree to follow the legal jurisdiction alignment of the Republic of Costa Rica.

All money refunds are made to the same card with which the purchase was made.

INFORMATION AND PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

The provision of services is not conditioned on the delivery of this sensitive information. According to law 8968 "ACT OF PROTECTION OF THE PERSON AGAINST THE PROCESSING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA", we do not condition our services on the delivery of sensitive information.

The databases are stored on a server for storage, security and control. Avi Services uses customer information only for the reservation process and not to transfer or sell it to unrelated third parties.

The information is kept for the time necessary to comply with legal and/or contractual obligations, especially in accounting, contractual, fiscal and tax matters, or to comply with administrative, accounting, fiscal, historical and legal provisions.

By registering and/or browsing our website, customers declare that they know and accept these policies, giving their consent for the processing of their information.
